1. Service scope
Clinique Dentaire Girard & Simoneau is staffed by dental surgeons registered with the Ordre des dentistes du Québec (ODQ) and a denturist registered with the Ordre des denturologistes du Québec. Services include general and family dentistry, esthetic, periodontal, endodontic, surgical, fixed and removable prosthetic, implant, whitening and emergency care. No team member holds a recognized specialty under the Regulation respecting dental specialties.

3. Individual results
Treatment results vary by individual circumstances, health status, adherence to recommendations and follow-up. No guarantee of outcome is offered. Whitening, crowns, implants and other procedures have clinical limitations that are explained before consent.
4. CDCP and private coverage
The clinic accepts patients covered by the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP). Eligibility and plan terms are determined exclusively by the federal government. Fees may include amounts not covered by CDCP or your private insurance — these are explained before treatment.
5. Complaint or dispute
Any patient may submit a written complaint or comment to the clinic at [email protected]. Failing resolution, a complaint may be escalated to the Office of the Syndic of the Ordre des dentistes du Québec.
6. Intellectual property
Site content (text, images, photographs, logo) is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited. Team and clinic photographs belong to Clinique Dentaire Girard & Simoneau.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and applicable Canadian federal laws. Any dispute falls under the courts of the judicial district of Longueuil.
